Legal Keys was founded by Ruppie Gidda, a dual-licensed lawyer with a track record of getting results at the highest level. Before launching the firm, she spent years as in-house counsel at a global software company – advising on corporate and commercial matters while leading the privacy department. That experience shapes everything we do. With roots in corporate law and global tech, and licenses on both sides of the border, we bring powerhouse energy to every deal, dispute, and decision.
