Ruppie is the founder and principal lawyer of Legal Keys Professional Corporation, a boutique law firm focused on delivering responsive, business-minded legal support to entrepreneurs, professionals, and companies operating in today’s fast-paced environment.

With dual licensing in Ontario and New York and years of experience as in-house counsel at a leading global software company, Ruppie brings a cross-border, business-first perspective to her practice. While in-house, she led the company’s privacy department, advised on key commercial and corporate matters, and played an integral legal role in the company’s IPO. She was also the lead legal contact for annual ISO certification audits across the organization, helped navigate multiple corporate acquisitions, and supported employment law matters.

That experience shaped her approach: practical, strategic, and always aligned with the realities of how business gets done.
